Refund Policy

Tech Support: We take pride in our tech support, and we hope you will allow us to address whatever issues are causing you to desire a refund. In most cases, we are able to fix the problem if you contact us directly. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact Tech Support at: Our payment processor does not provide tech support, and cannot assist you if you are having a problem. They will simply forward your email to us, which delays the Tech Support process.

Software Updates: Your registration includes updates. If you report a bug, it will be fixed in the next update.

Refund Policy: In very rare instances, and only within 10 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue a full refund.

Duplicate orders, or technical difficulties where the software will not function at all are the only valid reasons to issue a full refund. If we've sent you a Registration Code, that means you are able to launch the game. Any problems you are having after that can be addressed thru our Tech Support.

In all other cases, we will issue a partial refund, as per the Refund Fees section.

Refund Fees: For most refunds, we will refund the purchase price MINUS any payment processing fees and other costs incurred by our transaction with you, such as shipping and handling fees if we've mailed you a disk.

When we issue a refund, our payment processor still keeps the fees that they took when you purchased. So issuing a full refund COSTS us money.

Our software allows you to Try Before You Buy, so you have ample opportunity to make sure you want the software before purchasing it. It is your responsibility to Try Before You Buy.

Uninstaller: For all refunds, we will send you a program to uninstall the software. You must send us the code that the uninstaller provides in order to receive a refund. Future versions will have this feature built in.

Future Purchases: We hope you will allow us to address whatever issues are causing you to request the refund. If you are unwilling to work with us, we reserve the right not to issue you registration numbers for our software again, or to require payment by money order only.

Your Responsibilities: Shareware allows you to test most features prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure the software does what you want before you buy it. We encourage you to download, install and evaluate our software prior to purchasing.
